Anyone Care for a Pink Martini??
The 12-piece eclectic music group and self-proclaimed “musical archeologist” of Pink Martini take musical mixology to a new level. They blend musical styles and sounds from around the globe and serve up their own successful form of tasty lounge jazz-classic-Latin melodies.
In their first performance with the National Symphony Orchestra Pops, their show, World Music That’s Shakin’…And Stirred With A Twist, includes the rich and diverse multi-language sounds of the world. Listen to the beat of a samba parade in Rio, relax to the sounds of a 1940s Paris bistro, then tap your foot to the beat of music from Lebanon.
Always different - Always entertaining. That’s Pink Martini.

I’ve seen Pink Martini a number of different times, and have always enjoyed them. From the formality of an opera house to the casualness of an outdoor stage at a winery — their music just works, regardless of the venue.
