Messing with the Virginia DMV
In another driver related story…While I think my local Virginia VDOT is probably the fastest DMV in the nation, this guy obviously has a bit too much time on his hands.

How did you get a different name everytime?
First, I’n NOT the guy in the video! I’m not that crazy!!!
I assume he went in to the DMV and told them that he lost his license and needed a replacement, changing his look each time.
